I myself outed myself years ago and also usually around with a trans pin, just so the local transphobes dont have the delusional idea I think I have to hide
But I do know of many cases where people genuinely do have to hide, because they just live in far more dangerous circumstances, this was ment as solidarity

The idea that 40+ year old men "shouldn't" be depicted as furries makes me think of a world where everyone is born as a furry but becomes human by the time they hit 35 (twink death but 100x worse)
